# Directions:

01 - Place feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese (if using), olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into a food processor or blender.
02 - Process the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed, until creamy and well blended.
03 - Taste the mixture and modify seasoning as desired to balance flavor.
04 - Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
