# Directions:
01 - Prepare fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain and set aside.
02 - Pat chicken dry and evenly coat with Cajun seasoning.
03 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through and golden. Remove, rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
04 - Reduce skillet heat to medium. Melt butter, then sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Add heavy cream, smoked paprika, and optional chili flakes. Simmer gently, whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
06 - Toss cooked fettuccine in sauce, adding reserved pasta water gradually for desired consistency.
07 - Arrange sliced Cajun chicken atop pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
