# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry apples. Insert wooden sticks into the tops and set aside.
02 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
03 - Increase heat and boil without stirring until mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer, about 7 to 8 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat. Quickly stir in black gel food coloring and vanilla extract.
05 - Working carefully, dip each apple into the candy mixture, swirling to coat completely. Let excess drip off and place on parchment-lined tray to set.
06 - Arrange the coated apples in the center of a large serving board. Place caramel and chocolate sauces in small bowls for dipping.
07 - Fill in the board with pretzel rods, gummy worms, marshmallows, Halloween candies, chocolate bark, grapes, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds.
08 - Serve immediately or within a few hours for optimal freshness.
