19 - 1 cup pickled cauliflower or other favorite pickled vegetables

→ Dipping Sauce

20 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
21 - 2 tablespoons pickle brine
22 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

# Directions:

01 - Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, blend flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Dip each dried pickle chip or spear in the buttermilk, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture. Press lightly to ensure even coating.
02 - Heat approximately 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry coated pickles in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp. Remove fried pickles with a slotted spoon and arrange on paper towels to drain excess oil.
03 - Lay out Swiss or cheddar cheese slices on a flat surface. If preferred, add a deli turkey or ham slice on top of each cheese slice. Place a pickle spear at one end and roll tightly; secure with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat for all pickle spears.
04 - On a serving platter, arrange fried pickles, pickled-wrapped bites, and assorted pickled vegetables artfully for presentation.
05 - Stir together ranch dressing, pickle brine, and chopped fresh dill in a small bowl until homogeneous. Serve dipping sauce alongside platter.
