Chicken Caesar Wraps (Printable Version)

01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
04 - ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - ½ cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss with tongs to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side until flexible. Alternatively, microwave tortillas wrapped in paper towels for 15–30 seconds. Keep warm under a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Serve wraps whole or cut in half, as preferred.
