05 - Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Add chives and minced garlic, then gently mix until just incorporated. Avoid overmixing to maintain fluffiness.
06 - Use a cookie scoop or two spoons to portion 16 heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
07 - Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 16–18 minutes until puffed, golden, and cooked through.
