  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese: 1 ¼ cups (140 g), divided
  • Sour cream: ¾ cup (180 ml)
  • Milk: ½ cup (120 ml)
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free or regular breadcrumbs: ½ cup (30 g)

Instructions
