08 - 720 ml low-sodium chicken broth

10 - 120 g frozen corn kernels

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
02 - Stir in diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes until softened.
03 - Add canned diced tomatoes and taco seasoning to the pan. Mix thoroughly to coat ingredients.
04 - Pour in dried pasta shells and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a boil.
05 - Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 13-15 minutes until pasta is al dente and liquid is absorbed.
06 - Stir in frozen corn kernels and half the shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese melts. Top with remaining cheddar, coriander, sour cream, and green onions before serving.
