02 - 1.5 cups Lucky Charms cereal, marshmallows separated if desired
03 - 0.5 cup green candy melts, optional for drizzle
04 - Green sprinkles or edible glitter, optional

→ Board Components

05 - 1 cup mini pretzels
06 - 1 cup green grapes
07 - 1 cup green apple slices
08 - 1 cup gold-wrapped chocolate coins
09 - 0.5 cup green jelly beans or gummies
10 - 1 cup pistachios or mixed nuts
11 - 1 cup shortbread cookies
12 - 0.5 cup rainbow candies such as Skittles or M&Ms
13 - 0.5 cup marshmallows
14 - 1 cup chocolate-dipped strawberries, optional with green tint or drizzle

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly to approximately one-quarter inch thickness.
02 - Sprinkle Lucky Charms cereal and separated marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer. Melt green candy melts if using and drizzle over the bark. Add green sprinkles or edible glitter for festive decoration.
03 - Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for thirty minutes until completely firm. Once set, break into serving-sized pieces.
04 - Arrange Lucky Charms bark pieces at the center or focal point of a large platter or board. Surround with pretzels, grapes, apple slices, chocolate coins, jelly beans, nuts, cookies, rainbow candies, marshmallows, and strawberries. Group similar colors and shapes for visually appealing presentation.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The bark comes together in about 10 minutes, leaving you time to actually enjoy the party instead of hiding in the kitchen.
  • It's impossible to mess up enough to ruin it—even slightly melted or uneven pieces taste just as good and look intentionally rustic.
  • Kids can help with everything except the microwave, turning dessert prep into an activity that keeps everyone entertained.
02 -
  • Don't skip letting the bark set fully—I learned this the hard way when I tried to serve it 5 minutes too early and it fell apart into chocolate crumbles instead of bark pieces.
  • The contrast of salty and sweet makes this board addictive, so don't feel like everything has to be sugary or festive-colored to belong here.
03 -
  • If your white chocolate seizes during melting, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and stir gently—it usually comes back to smooth life.
  • Toast your nuts lightly before adding them to the board; the warmth releases oils that make them taste more flavorful and smell incredible.
