# Directions:
01 - Drizzle olive oil into the base of the slow cooker, then layer sliced red onions evenly over the oil.
02 - Place beef chuck roast pieces over the onions. Evenly sprinkle minced garlic, pour in lemon juice, and season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Secure the slow cooker lid and set to low. Cook undisturbed for 8 hours until beef is fully tender.
04 - After cooking, remove the lid and shred the beef on a large plate using two forks until all pieces are uniformly pulled.
05 - Optional: Brush both sides of pita breads with olive oil or lightly mist with cooking spray. Warm in a skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds per side until lightly charred.
