# Directions:

04 - After cooking, remove the lid and shred the beef on a large plate using two forks until all pieces are uniformly pulled.
05 - Optional: Brush both sides of pita breads with olive oil or lightly mist with cooking spray. Warm in a skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds per side until lightly charred.
