# Directions:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 5-6 minutes until just tender. Drain using a colander and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey, orange juice, orange zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet. Toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly in the glaze mixture.
04 - Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes until the carrots are glossy and the glaze thickens slightly.
