# Directions:

01 - Using a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a creamy, uniform consistency forms. Fold in chopped chives.
02 - Spoon the dip onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Use a spatula to form an uneven, lumpy shape resembling a melted snow puddle.
03 - Roll a small portion of cream cheese or dip into a ball and place it at one end of the puddle as the snowman's head. Insert a baby carrot to serve as the nose. Position black peppercorns or olive pieces as eyes and buttons. Wrap a thin red bell pepper slice around the neck as a scarf. Affix pretzel sticks on both sides as arms. Optionally, add parsley or chive stems for decoration.
