# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like an upscale Italian gelato bar but takes less time than ordering one.
  • No cooking required means you can make this even on the hottest days without turning on the stove.
  • The combination of tart, sweet, and bubbly hits all the right notes in one elegant glass.
02 -
  • If you add the sparkling water too quickly or aggressively, the whole thing will overflow like a tiny citrus volcano—learned that the hard way.
  • Chill your glasses beforehand; room temperature glass turns this elegant float into a melting disappointment within minutes.
03 -
  • Taste your sorbet before committing to it—some brands are watery and artificial while others are genuinely intense and wonderful, and this float will highlight every quality.
  • Keep your Limoncello in the coldest part of your freezer so it stays thick and unctuous rather than thin and boozy.
