# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, gently mix diced pears, cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and cornstarch until fruit is evenly coated.
03 - Spread the fruit mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
04 - Bake fruit for 20 minutes until softened and juices release. Remove from oven.
05 - Whip egg whites with cream of tartar and salt on medium speed until soft peaks form.
06 - Gradually beat in sugar one tablespoon at a time on high speed until stiff, glossy peaks form.
