# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Process Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or crush inside a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
03 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth and homogeneous.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls; arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the formed balls for 30 minutes to firm up prior to coating.
06 - Gently melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into melted white chocolate, fully coating; use a fork to lift and allow excess to drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately apply festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
