01 - 1 large bunch kale (about 7 oz), washed and thoroughly dried

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Remove tough stems from the kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a large bowl, drizzle kale with olive oil, then evenly sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional spices. Toss thoroughly to coat all leaves.
04 - Spread kale pieces in a single layer on the lined baking sheets without overlapping.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating the baking sheets halfway through. Watch carefully near the end to prevent burning as edges crisp.
