04 - 2 tbsp almond flour or whole wheat flour
05 - 2 tbsp light brown sugar or coconut sugar
06 - ½ tsp ground cinnamon
07 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

11 - ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Wash and core apples, ensuring to create a cavity while keeping the base intact.
03 - Combine oats, nuts, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
04 - Add melted butter and applesauce to the dry mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
05 - Fold in raisins or dried cranberries if using.
06 - Place apples upright in a baking dish and fill cavities generously with the oat-nut crumble.
07 - Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.
08 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
10 - Serve warm, alone or with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
